Start your running journey with our Couch to 10k Training Group and Plan! Our training groups aren't just about running; they're about fostering a supportive community where every step counts. Receive an 8-week beginner's Training Plan to get you to your goal of running 10km. Gain access to our exclusive WhatsApp group chat for 24/7 encouragement and advice from Katrina and Georgia and others completing the program.
This group chat will have information about our weekly 10am Sunday runs, where you will train with your group for the next 8 weeks. These runs will be held in Central Christchurch (exact location TBC each week). This is a great way to hold yourself accountable and create meaningful friendships, all while working towards the common goal of running 10k!
The next intake begins on the week of the 28th of April 2025. The first group run will be at 10am on Sunday 04th May. This group is timed perfectly to set you up for our next half marathon training group beginning on the 23rd of June!
